Classic Deep Relaxation Massage
Our specialty classic relaxation massage that nourishes your body from head to toe. Utilizes a variety of techniques that are specific to your needs, melding them into one deeply nourishing massage to help you feel your best.

Deep Tissue Massage
Truly a deep massage for working out knots and loosening stubborn muscles. Utilizes trigger point therapy for those tough knots.

Prenatal Massage
This massage is side-lying, using pillows and other props to keep moms-to-be comfortable. Targets achy areas such as the low back, legs, and feet. Relaxes nerves and helps ease the discomforts of pregnancy.

Informed by many years of experience as a Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist, and an Ayurvedic practictioner, Melissa is deeply passionate about spreading love and light whether through healing, sharing, or teaching. She has been teaching yoga since 2006, having received multiple trainings throughout the years, and has been training yoga teachers since 2010. One-on-one, Melissa helps students heal and recover through Yoga Therapy. She has been a practicing massage therapist since 2007, graduating from the Dayton School of Medical Massage. In 2012, she became an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, specializing in the synergy of Yoga and Ayurveda, a science of holistic self-care and healing.

Dave graduated from Dayton school of medical massage in 2009. I have done martial arts my whole life. He is an assistant instuctor with a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and 1st degree brown belt in Judo. Through martial arts he has learned about the body through and through, and has applied both massage and martial arts to each other, and also his own everyday life

Missy received her massage license from Dayton School of Medical Massage in 2010. She continued her education at International Association of Infant Massage and became a Certified Infant Massage Therapist and Instructor in September 2010.
