Candlelight Yoga

Once a month we will have a candle lit class. This class is very soothing and relaxing and allows for a flow of energy or chi through the body combining two approaches of teaching into one practice; one approach is yin—passive and restorative holds and the other approach is yang—active stretching and strengthening using fluid circular movements.

You will experience a very balanced practice that works both the joints, connective tissue and the muscle tissue parts of the body, set in a very relaxing atmosphere.

This class is perfect for leaving the hectic week behind you and starting the weekend feeling refreshed and positive!
